A good time had by all

Image

So the Quilters Exhibition & Fabric Sale event in Nantwich has come and gone for another year and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended braving the terrible weather.

Here are some photos of the fabulous quilts that were on display made by the very talented Maureen Crawford.

Unfortunately I didn’t manage to take photos of all the beautiful work on display upstairs by local quilting groups and Linus but did manage to photo this absolutely stunning nuno felted tunic made by the very talented Mandy Hague.

But there is no rest for the wicked, plans have already begun for 2019!

Looking forward to attending this event where my hand dyed fabric will be available to buy.

Lots to do before then!

The Jar

Image

Remember I posted about this last January?

Just reading all the things I had written through 2017, most of which I had forgotten.
The intention is to make a book with them…at some point!

I also wrote a list of things i wanted to do in the year.  There were 3 pages so I may have set my sights a little high!

Nevermind, they are now carried over for 2018.

Did you do yours? If not, why not do it this year?

Or you could write into the notes app on your phone instead.

Hope there are lots of positives in store for you in 2018.
